Biography
Tabitha O'Connor supports the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in many employee benefits matters. In particular, she supports the group with respect to qualified retirement plan documentation, correction and compliance, health and welfare plan amendment and summary plan description updates, and also prepares Form 5500 annual reports and other governmental filings. In addition, Tabitha regularly reviews QDROs and QMCSOs.
Tabitha supports the Labor & Employment Group in all stages of litigation involving claims under labor laws and regulations.
