Trusted Legal Advisors Since 1954

Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is a nationally recognized law firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with more than 140 attorneys and 120 dedicated professionals. We provide strategic legal counsel to individuals and businesses of all sizes — from start-up companies to Fortune 50 corporations — across a wide range of industries and geographies.

Founded in 1954 by Charles H Keating Jr., John L. Muething, and William J. Keating Sr., the firm began as Keating, Muething & Keating, with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional legal counsel rooted in integrity and a deep commitment to community service. In 1958, following William Keating’s departure for public service, Donald P. Klekamp joined the firm and was later named partner, completing the name we proudly carry today.
