Biography
Olivia King practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, where she assists private and publicly held companies with a wide variety of corporate transactions.
Olivia earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During law school, she participated in the University of Cincinnati College of Law’s Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic advising entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. Olivia also interned at the David J. Joseph Company in the Company’s legal department.
Olivia served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2020 and 2021 and continued to work with KMK’s Corporate team as a law clerk during law school.
Olivia is currently admitted to practice law in Ohio.
