Keating Muething & Klekamp Represents Cintas in Acquisition of Zee Medical from McKesson Corp for Approximately $130 Million

The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) represented Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) in connection with its purchase of ZEE Medical from McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) for consideration of approximately $130 million. The transaction closed August 1, 2015.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Cintas Corporation provides highly-specialized services to businesses of all types primarily throughout North America. The company that Cintas acquired, ZEE Medical, was the pioneer in van delivered first aid and safety services. This acquisition, with expected annual revenue of $110 million to $120 million, expands Cintas’ footprint in van delivered first aid, safety, training, and emergency products and allows Cintas to serve an even greater number of customers in North America.
