Keating Muething & Klekamp Hires Seven New Associates
The law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to welcome seven new associates: Jenna C. Adler, Tanner C. Fisher, Christo V. Fosse, Samantha H. Hughes, Omar S. Khoury, Beth Ann Powers, and Heather Van Hull.
Jenna Adler is an associate the firm’s Litigation Group. Adler earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2025, where she served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. During law school, Adler was a member of the Moot Court Travel Team and worked as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2023 and 2024. Adler is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
Tanner Fisher is an associate in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group. Fisher earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he served as Senior Staff Editor on the Kentucky Law Journal. During law school, Fisher earned the Pro Bono award for his service as a site coordinator and volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic. Fisher also worked as an election law research assistant and summer associate at KMK Law. Fisher is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
Christo Fosse is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Fosse earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and Executive Director of the Moot Court Honor Board. During law school, Fosse was Champion of the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition, a National Qualifier of the New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, and the winner of UC’s Intramural Moot Court Competition. Fosse is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
Samantha Hughes is an associate in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. Hughes earned her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024, summa cum laude. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant in civil procedure and criminal law, worked as a student clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic, and served as Executive Editor of the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review. Hughes is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
Omar Khoury is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Prior to joining KMK Law, Khoury served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Jeffery P. Hopkins of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. He previously practiced at a law firm in New York where he focused his practice on litigation matters including fiduciary duty claims and ERISA class actions. Khoury earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and won the award for Best Brief in the Edwin R. Keedy Moot Court Competition. Khoury is admitted to practice law in New York, and is approved under Ohio Gov. Bar R. I § 19 to practice in Ohio while his application for admission is pending.
Beth Ann Powers is an associate in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group. Powers earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2025, magna cum laude, where she served as an Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, Powers worked in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, advising entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. She also worked as a teaching assistant and served as a legal intern for the Honorable Terry Nestor of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Powers is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
Heather Van Hull is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group. Prior to joining KMK Law, Van Hull served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III and Hon. A. Todd Brown of the North Carolina Business Court. Van Hull earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2024. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for Justice Michael P. Donnelly of the Supreme Court of Ohio, a Staff Editor and Membership and Events Coordinator for the Ohio State Law Journal, and a Writer for the Sixth Circuit Review. She also served as President of Moritz’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) chapter and participated in Moritz’s Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. Van Hull is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
