Biography
Beth Ann Powers is a member of the firm's Business Representation Transactions Group.
Beth Ann earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2025, magna cum laude, where she served as an Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, Beth Ann worked in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, advising entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. She also worked as a teaching assistant and served as a legal intern for the Honorable Terry Nestor of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Beth Ann earned her B.S. in Political Science from The Ohio State University, summa cum laude.
Beth Ann is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
