Biography

Omar Khoury is a member of the firm's Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial and general corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining KMK Law, Omar served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Jeffery P. Hopkins of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Omar also previously practiced at a law firm in New York where he focused his practice on litigation matters including fiduciary duty claims and ERISA class actions.

Omar earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2023, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and won the award for Best Brief in the Edwin R. Keedy Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Omar also extensively worked with an asylum organization to obtain asylum for refugees from Russia and Afghanistan.

Omar is admitted to practice law in New York, Omar is approved under Ohio Gov. Bar R. I § 19 to practice in Ohio while his application for admission is pending.
