Biography
Heather Van Hull is a member of the firm's Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial and general corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining KMK Law, Heather served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III and Hon. A. Todd Brown of the North Carolina Business Court.
Heather earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2024. While in law school, Heather served as a Judicial Extern for Justice Michael P. Donnelly of the Supreme Court of Ohio, a Staff Editor and Membership and Events Coordinator for the Ohio State Law Journal, and a Writer for the Sixth Circuit Review. Heather also served as President of Moritz’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) chapter and participated in Moritz’s Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, advising entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations through various stages of business development.
Prior to attending law school, Heather worked in the tourism industry and for local government. Heather earned her Masters of International Relations from The Australian National University, Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs in 2016 and her B.A. from Wellesley College in 2010.
