Biography
Tanner Fisher is an associate in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group where he assists public and private companies in the federal income tax and business planning areas. Tanner primarily counsels clients in matters relating to business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, tariff refund opportunities, and new markets tax credit financing.
Tanner earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he served as Senior Staff Editor on the Kentucky Law Journal. During law school, Tanner earned the Pro Bono award for his service as a site coordinator and volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic, where he assisted U.S. citizens and non-citizens with filing resident and non-resident tax returns. Tanner also worked as a summer associate at KMK Law.
Tanner is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
