Biography
Hunter Hardy is a member of the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. Hunter focuses his practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. His areas of focus include corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate and business law matters.
Hunter earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, summa cum laude, in 2023, where he graduated first in his class. While in law school, Hunter served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William O. Bertelsman, United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. Hunter also served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022. He earned his B.B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University, magna cum laude, in 2019.
Hunter is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
