Biography
Madeline Darling is a member of the firm’s Business Representation & Transaction Group.
Madeline earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022, cum laude, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor on the University of Cincinnati Law Review. While in law school, Madeline also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Candace J. Smith, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Madeline also served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2020 and 2021 and continued to work with KMK’s Commercial Finance team as a law clerk during her third year of law school.
Madeline is currently admitted to practice law in Ohio.
