Biography

Olivia Kues serves as Of Counsel in the Labor & Employment Group with a focus on immigration law. She represents clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, professional sports, information technology, and engineering.

Olivia advises clients through all stages of the immigration process, including temporary employment visas, permanent residence (green card) matters, and family-based immigration cases. Her experience advising clients in diverse industries allows her to provide strategic guidance on complex immigration matters such as athlete visas, the PERM labor certification process, and student visas.

Olivia earned her law degree from the Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 2018, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. She earned her B.A. in English and Spanish with a minor in International Studies from Northern Kentucky University in 2015.

Olivia is admitted to practice law in Kentucky; she is not licensed in Ohio.
