Keating Muething & Klekamp Grows Labor and Employment Group with the Addition of Immigration Attorney Olivia C. Kues
Cincinnati (June 23, 2026) - Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Lawâ) is pleased to announce that Olivia C. Kues has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Labor & Employment Group, where she will focus her practice on immigration law.
Olivia Kues represents employers across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, professional sports, information technology, and engineering. She advises clients through all stages of the immigration process, including temporary employment visas, permanent residence (green card) matters, and family-based immigration cases. Drawing on her experience serving clients in diverse industries, Kues provides strategic guidance on complex immigration matters, including athlete visas, the PERM labor certification process, and student visas.

Kues earned her J.D. from the Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 2018, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science in English and Spanish, with a minor in International Studies, from Northern Kentucky University in 2015.
