Michael Goldman practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group, where he counsels individuals and businesses on broad range of general corporate, financial, and securities transactions.
Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2020, summa cum laude. While in law school, Michael served as FC Cincinnati’s Manager of Player Compliance and Finance where he advised the club on salary cap strategy, player contracts, transfer contracts, roster finances, and the MLS Roster Rules and Regulations. He gained experience as a Legal Intern for FC Cincinnati as well as with a Summer Associate position with a large firm in Cincinnati.
Prior to law school, Michael worked for JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Financial Analyst. He earned his B.B.A. from Ohio University, summa cum laude, in 2016. Michael is currently admitted to practice law in Ohio.
