Biography

Noah Olson is a member of the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, where he assists private and publicly held companies with a wide range of corporate transactions, including secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, real estate financing, acquisition, development, and disposition, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property registration and licensing.

Noah earned his law degree from the Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 2023, where he received several awards including the Henry A Morrill Constitutional Law Prize, the Henry Otterman Real Property Prize, and the CALI Award for Excellence in Introduction to Intellectual Property. Noah served as the President of the Federal Bar Association and gained valuable experience in the Patent and Trademark Clinic and Moot Court Honor Board. He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2018.
