Biography
Christian practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, advising public and private companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has experience with corporate governance matters and commercial contract negotiation, as well as advising clients on issuing equity-based incentives to service providers, and seed-stage and venture capital financings.
Christian earned his B.A. from Centre College in 2017. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude, in 2020. Christian is licensed to practice in Ohio.
