Biography
Caroline Gallo is an associate in the firm's Mass Tort Settlement Trusts & Insurance Group, where she assists with trust administration, claims processing matters, and insurance coverage. She also handles claim disputes and represents clients in private arbitration and mediation matters.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Caroline practiced at a small Cincinnati-based law firm, where she represented financial institutions and mortgage servicers in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and forfeiture matters. Her experience included drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending court hearings, and managing litigation matters to protect clients' interests.
Caroline earned her J.D. from the Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 2025.
