Keating Muething & Klekamp Continues Growth with the Addition of Associates: James F. Butler and Caroline A. Gallo
Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to welcome two new associates: James F. (JJ) Butler and Caroline A. Gallo.
JJ Butler is a member of the firm's Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial and general corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining KMK Law, Butler served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terrence Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Butler earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School in 2025, where he served as a Publication Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
Caroline Gallo is a member of the firm's Mass Tort Settlement Trusts & Insurance Group, where she assists with trust administration, claims processing matters, and insurance coverage. She also handles claim disputes and represents clients in private arbitration and mediation matters. Prior to joining KMK Law, Gallo practiced at a Cincinnati-based law firm, where she represented financial institutions and mortgage servicers in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and forfeiture matters. Her experience included drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending court hearings, and managing litigation matters to protect clients' interests. Gallo earned her J.D. from the Donald P. Klekamp College of Law at the University of Cincinnati in 2025.
