What was your first job?
My first job was working at my family's wholesale lumber yard in Cincinnati. Each day I would unload and load trucks with building materials. It was in this job that I learned the true meaning of a hard day's work.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is spending time at my grandparent's home in Michigan, spending all day on the water and gathering around the fire with my cousins at night.

Where would we find you on a typical Saturday?
A typical Saturday in our household is spent at the pool, teaching my 4 year-old daughter to swim and chasing my 2 year-old son around the baby pool. An early dinner at a local restaurant followed by relaxation on the back deck makes for a perfect day.

What do you think is Cincinnati's best-kept secret?
Cincinnati's best kept secret is easily its food. There are so many talented chefs and restaurants in this area that fly under the radar of the "foodie" scene.
