Keating Muething & Klekamp Elects Three New Partners
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to announce that it has elected three new partners: Alexander N. (Alex) Beck, W.Z. Dylan Sizemore, and W. Matthew (Matt) Weigel.

Alex Beck practices in the firm’s Business Representations & Transactions Group, where he advises privately and publicly held companies on corporate and transactional matters. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and general corporate governance. Alex also has significant experience in franchise law, including preparing, filing, and registering franchise disclosure documents with state authorities. In addition, he regularly counsels clients on aviation-related matters, such as aircraft purchases and sales, aircraft leasing, and airport infrastructure financings. Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, cum laude, in 2017.
Dylan Sizemore practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where he advises clients on commercial real estate and business transactions. Dylan’s experience spans all aspects of real estate, including multi-family construction and development, residential, retail, commercial, mixed-use acquisitions, development of large-scale data centers, and solar power projects. He regularly assists clients with leasing, financing, and every stage of the transaction process—from structuring and negotiation to due diligence and closing. Before joining KMK Law, Dylan served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. He also proudly served nearly a decade in the United States Army, completing two combat tours in Iraq. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2014.
Matt Weigel practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He advises a wide range of clients, including privately held businesses and Fortune 500 companies, both domestic and international, on complex transactions, contract negotiations, and day-to-day corporate issues. Matt previously practiced in the firm’s Litigation Group, representing clients in complex commercial disputes. Matt earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
