Biography
Alex Beck practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transaction Group, where he assists private and publicly held companies with a wide variety of corporate transactions. Alex has experience with corporate governance matters and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as advising clients on merges and acquisitions.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Alex was an associate attorney at Lazarus & Lewis where he focused his practice on labor and employment law, representing employees and unions in contract negotiations, arbitration, litigation, and administrative matters before the Ohio State Employment Relations Board.
Alex earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2017, cum laude, where he served as Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. During law school, Alex held internships with the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office, The Kroger Company, and a judicial externship with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Pat DeWine.
