Sarah Vonderbrink Geiger practices in the firm’s Litigation Group, primarily focusing on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation and business disputes, including actions for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other business tort claims. Sarah has experience advising trustees of mass tort settlement trusts on issues relating to trust administration, as well as in intellectual property/patent litigation and False Claims Act (qui tam) litigation.
Sarah earned her law degree in 2014 from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, she worked as a co-mediator in the Family Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, where she mediated a variety of parental disputes including custody, visitation and child support.
Before graduating from law school, Sarah worked as a judicial intern for Judge Lawrence VanMeter, then on the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
