Biography
Owen Walsh is a member of the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group, where he advises a broad range of clients on corporate matters, including real estate acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and entity formation.
Owen regularly counsels clients of all sizes through every phase of real estate transactions, and has experience assisting clients negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements.
In addition to his real estate practice, Owen also advises clients on matters related to contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and commercial finance.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Owen was an associate at a full-service Cincinnati law firm where he focused his practice on real estate and corporate transactions.
