Biography

Kellan Coffey is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, where she represents clients in complex commercial and corporate litigation across Kentucky and Ohio in state and federal courts. Her practice centers on defending companies and individuals in high-stakes disputes, including contractual conflicts and business-related matters. With extensive experience in all stages of litigation—from pre-dispute strategy and resolution through discovery, pre-trial motions, appeals, and settlements—Kellan delivers comprehensive and effective advocacy for her clients.

Before joining KMK Law, Kellan served as an associate at a national labor and employment firm, focusing on discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation cases. Her background equips her with a nuanced perspective on workplace disputes and complex legal challenges

Kellan earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2020. Following law school, Kellan worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. John D. Minton, Jr., Former Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
