Biography
Julie Dollenmayer is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL since September 2012. She assists the firm’s real estate attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, construction, financing, sale, and leasing transactions, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, deeds, affidavits and other real estate related documents; investigation and organization of due diligence materials; and coordination of closings. In addition, she assists with the analysis and preparation of commercial leasing agreements.
