Biography

Clarke Cotton practices in the firm's Litigation Group, focusing on complex business litigation and construction disputes. He has experience in a broad range of disputes, including commercial contract disputes, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Clarke also has experience negotiating commercial contracts on behalf of general contractors, sub-contractors, owners, and architects and engineers. Clarke takes a practical approach when defending clients, solving complex problems economically and efficiently while striving to achieve the client's objectives and obtain the best possible outcome.

Prior to joining KMK Law, Clarke gained experience working as an associate at a large national law firm and at a Cincinnati-based law firm.

Clarke earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2018. He earned his B.A. from the University of Alabama, magna cum laude, in 2014.
