Biography

Claire focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, business succession planning, and administration of decedent’s trusts and estates. Claire strives to create estate plans for her clients that are comprehensive and sophisticated but also practical and understandable.

Claire has broad experience touching all aspects of estate planning including tax planning, premarital planning, special needs arrangements, probate avoidance, asset protection and business succession planning. Claire is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Florida and counsels clients concerning Florida residency.

Claire serves as a co-chair of the firms Women’s Initiative Committee.

Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Claire served as a sole practitioner (2003-2005), as an associate at Drew & Ward Co. L.P.A. (1997-2003), and as an associate at Dinsmore & Shohl (1995-1997).
