Keating Muething & Klekamp Attorney Mianda Bashala Elected to Board of The Tandana Foundation

The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to announce that Mianda K. Bashala, an attorney in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, was recently elected as a board member of The Tandana Foundation. In her role, Bashala will be responsible for executing the Strategic Plan of The Tandana Foundation as well as hands-on implementation of Board-approved initiatives.

Bashala is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group where she helps clients meet their business objectives and minimize liability. Bashala’s practice includes a wide range of labor and employment matters. Bashala represents clients in employment litigation involving various employment claims, including discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and a variety of other employment-related claims arising under various federal and state laws, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Bashala also represents clients in various labor matters. She has experience arbitrating grievances for unionized employers; representing employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board including labor arbitrations. In addition, Mianda represents clients in responding to administrative charges before the EEOC and other state agencies.
