Continuing Legal Education

Ohio: This course is approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio on Continuing Legal Education for 5.75 total CLE hours, including 2.5 hours of professional conduct.

Kentucky: This course is approved by the Kentucky Bar Association Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 5.75 total CLE hours, including 1.5 hours of ethics instruction.

Indiana: This course is approved by the Supreme Court of Indiana Office of Admissions and Continuing Education for 5.75 total CLE hours, including 2.5 hours of ethics instruction.

Other: If you need credit in another state, please note that on your registration.

Webinar / CLE Requirements

While we had hoped to see you in person, due to restrictions on large gatherings and out of an abundance of caution, this program is being held as a live interactive Zoom webinar. For CLE credit, all participants are required to log in individually using the email address provided at registration.

*Attendance will be monitored throughout the program using verification codes which must be correctly reported on the event survey immediately following the presentation.
