Biography

David Rosenberg practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions, venture capital and reorganization. 

Throughout his distinguished career, David has been recognized not only for his legal skill and leadership, but also for his significant contributions to legal education and the broader legal profession. In honor of his longstanding impact and philanthropic support of legal scholarship, the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law was named in his honor, reflecting his enduring commitment to advancing the future of the legal profession.
