Kirkham’s practice includes extensive work in counseling owners of closely held businesses, general business and tax planning, acquisitions and commercial transactions, and personal estate planning. Prior to joining KMK Law, Kirkham was a member of another prominent U.S. law firm with a presence in the Midwest. Kirkham earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, magna cum laude. Kirkham is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
