Biography
Kourtney Brueckner focuses her legal practice on family law, addressing issues such as divorce, child custody, and antenuptial agreements. She approaches each case with care, using strategies like mediation and settlement to help clients navigate their personal challenges while minimizing conflict when possible. Kourtney is trained and takes cases in collaborative law, a process that assists participants through a process to find personalized solutions in a non-litigation setting.
Kourtney earned her J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2016, where she served as the symposium editor for the Law Review. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati, earning a B.A. in both Political Science and International Affairs in 2011.
