Biography
Colette Hues practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, advising public and private companies in all aspects of general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions.
Colette earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, summa cum laude, where she served as an editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, magna cum laude.
Colette is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
