Keating Muething & Klekamp Welcomes Randy T. Smith, to Succeed Richard E. Wills as Chief Information Officer

Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) welcomes Randy T. Smith as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”). Smith will succeed Richard E. (Rich) Wills who will remain with the firm through July 4, 2025.

“Randy brings more than 20 years of information technology leadership to KMK Law and is a great fit to lead our IT strategy into the future,” said Alan Fershtman, Managing Partner at KMK Law. “We recognize information technology as a critical resource that enables our team to deliver outstanding service and solutions to our clients. We are grateful to Rich for his 27 years of dedicated service and leadership and wish him the best in his well-earned retirement.”

As CIO Smith will be responsible for the development and implementation of the firms overall IT strategy. Smith has more than 20 years of information technology experience across numerous industries in the Greater Cincinnati area. Smith earned his M.B.A. from Xavier University and his B.S. in Information Technology from the American InterContinental University.
