Biography
Bailee Cline serves as Legal Talent Recruiter at KMK Law, where she manages law student and lateral attorney recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination. She oversees the firm’s Summer Associate Program, coordinating events, mentorship, evaluations, and candidate communications. Bailee also partners with firm leadership and practice group leaders on hiring and talent planning, coordinates attorney onboarding, bar admissions, and continuing legal education compliance, and supports associate performance reviews, professional development, and retention initiatives.
Prior to joining KMK Law, Bailee was a Sales Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics and a Travel Nursing Recruiter at Triage Staffing.
