Keating Muething & Klekamp Welcomes Andrew B. Barras
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) welcomes Andrew B. Barras, as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group, where he will focus on complex commercial litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.

Barras is a former federal prosecutor with extensive civil and criminal litigation experience, including complex commercial, contract disputes, healthcare fraud, cyber security, product liability, antitrust, intellectual property, real estate, corporate governance, securities, and white-collar criminal defense. He has extensive civil and criminal litigation experience in both the private and public sectors and has represented parties in cases around the country. Prior to joining KMK Law, Barras served as Assistant Chief for the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division. Barras earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2003, cum laude. He earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University in 2000, cum laude. Barras is admitted to practice law in Ohio and California.
