We represent private equity and venture capital investment partnerships in their formation, fund-raising and investment activities. Our lawyers have experience with small business investment companies and with other specialized investment vehicles, such as funds that utilize federal new market tax credits and other tax credits. We also assist our private equity and venture capital clients with “exiting” investments, using our M&A and securities law expertise to structure initial public offerings, sales to other investment funds and sales to strategic purchasers.
