Biography

Lauren Greene is a member of the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group.

Lauren earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2023, where she served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. While in law school, Lauren worked in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic serving startup companies and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Edmund Sargus for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Lauren also worked as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2022. She earned her B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 2020.

Lauren is currently admitted to practice law in Ohio.
