Family Law
We appreciate the importance of listening to our clients and are dedicated to working with them to develop creative and desirable solutions for their current situation and long-term plans. Keating Muething & Klekamp participates actively in Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals which was founded in 1998. Collaborative Family Law is a dispute resolution model in which both parties in the dispute retain separate, specially-trained, experienced family lawyers who, when handling a collaborative law case, devote all of their efforts to reaching a settlement without court involvement. Our lawyers are knowledgeable and experienced in the area of family law and provide the following services:
- Resolve matrimonial disputes, including all matters related to divorce, dissolution, child custody and property division
- Represent clients in connection with prenuptial agreements
- Assist our clients in guardianship matters
- Advice and planning for distributions of retirement benefits
- Represent clients in federal and state income tax audits
