Intellectual Property Litigation

We believe lawyers who litigate intellectual property actions have to be more than just “intellectuals.” They need to be trial lawyers at heart. We are technically proficient in the federal statutory schemes governing patents, copyrights and trademarks. The injunction and provisional remedy questions involved in Copyright and Trademark actions require lawyers who can move with alacrity, and who have the experience and work ethic to do so immediately. Patent cases are often “bet the company” proceedings requiring only the best. Our skilled and experienced trial lawyers have affiliated with those admitted to the patent bar to litigate even the most complicated technical questions.
