Commercial Finance & Reorganization

Our Commercial Finance Group is comprised of dedicated lawyers experienced in closing a variety of financing transactions. The spectrum of our practice includes borrowers and lenders, regional and local financial institutions, public companies, early stage enterprises and individuals, and both public and private financing arrangements.

A core concentration of our practice is our work with the region’s largest banks, insurance companies, debt and equity funds and other financial institutions. We are extensively involved in documenting both secured and unsecured commercial loan transactions and leasing transactions. Following the closing and funding of a transaction, we advise our clients throughout the life of a financing arrangement – including through any necessary restructuring and work-out.

We are also active in our representation of borrowers for all aspects of their financing needs. We assist our institutional clients in issuing debt and other significant capital transactions including securitizations, acquisitions and divestitures. We also represent some of the areas largest public companies in lending and structured finance transactions.
