Biography
Kevin Irwin’s practice is focused on the representation of parties in large mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. He is lead counsel to the trustees of nine mass tort settlement trusts, including, the Celotex, Armstrong World Industries, and UNR trusts.
He has represented creditor groups and court appointed representatives of future claimants in major mass tort bankruptcy proceedings, including, the Eagle Pitcher Industries, Wallace & Gale, Dow Corning, Babcock & Wilcox, and G-I Holdings Corp. cases. Kevin also represents secured and unsecured commercial creditors in insolvency related matters inside and outside bankruptcy proceedings. He regularly appears in bankruptcy courts throughout the nation.
Kevin served as a law clerk to Honorable John M. Manos, U.S. District Judge, Northern District of Ohio from 1977-1978.
