Bryce J. Yoder

Partner

Bryce Yoder assists clients in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented a wide variety of corporate clients regarding contract disputes, corporate governance, securities, employment, and consumer class action lawsuits. Bryce has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including depositions, oral argument, motion practice, written discovery, trial preparation, trials, and appellate litigation. He has litigated cases within federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level. Bryce is known for his ability to quickly distill a matter to the most essential elements and develop effective and efficient legal strategies—especially in complex or difficult cases.

Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Bryce was an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York city.

Representative Matters

  • Represented General Electric Company, Cintas Corporation, Fifth Third Bank, Great American Life Insurance Company and other clients in a variety of commercial disputes
  • Represented product manufacturer in connection with claims against purchaser for breach of contract and defended defective product claims
  • Represented medical products manufacturer relating to acquisition of third party under asset purchase agreement
  • Represented 50% shareholder in action regarding corporation’s failure to comply with proper corporate governance
  • Negotiated separation of founding partner from financial services corporation
