Rachael A. Rowe

Ms. Rowe focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and mass tort settlement trust and related counseling. She has defended a number of corporate clients facing employment, securities, financial services and consumer class action lawsuits, and also has litigated matters involving sales of businesses and claims related to investment and bankruptcy fraud.  She has first chair trial experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country.

Ms. Rowe also represents trustees of settlement trusts and qualified settlement funds, advising clients on all aspects of trust and fund administration, including Medicare compliance and related issues. 

Ms. Rowe serves in a coordinating counsel capacity to one of the firm's largest clients. In this role, Ms. Rowe focuses on ensuring that the client receives superior legal service from each of its outside law firms in an efficient and coordinated manner, and serves as liaison between and among the firms and the client. Ms. Rowe also is involved in managing and coordinating litigation-related public relations, cost containment, insurance coverage and operational sustainability issues.

• Has represented Cintas, Fifth Third Bank, Total Quality Logistics, Belcan Corporation, Great American Life Insurance Company and other clients in national class action lawsuits
• Has represented the Tronox Tort Trust and the AWI Personal Injury Asbestos Trust in various trust management matters 
• Has represented Fifth Third Bank in an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission
