Mr. Muething's practice is primarily concentrated in the litigation and bankruptcy and reorganization areas. He has represented public and private companies in a range of matters in state and federal court, as well as commercial arbitrations. Mr. Muething has represented multiple firm clients in class action matters. In bankruptcy courts, he has represented numerous firm clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, landlords, and a court-appointed creditor representative in a mass tort bankruptcy.
