Daniel E. Izenson

Mr. Izenson has broad experience in all aspects of civil litigation, with a concentration in complex business disputes and construction law. He has extensive pre-trial, trial and appellate experience in business tort litigation, contract disputes, ERISA, construction and premises liability litigation, and sophisticated real estate, foreclosure and leasing disputes. In business litigation, Mr. Izenson’s representative clients include publicly held and private commercial companies and financial institutions. He also represents owners, developers, general contractors, design-build contractors, trade and specialty subcontractors and suppliers in all aspects of the construction process, ranging from contract negotiations, claims and dispute resolution. Mr. Izenson has litigated disputes on numerous public and private improvement construction projects, including those involving libraries, schools, retail shopping centers and commercial and residential developments. He litigates matters before state and federal courts, private and court-sponsored mediation and court-ordered and private arbitration.
