Anthony M. Verticchio
Mr. Verticchio practices in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on commercial disputes. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients, including large financial institutions and other business clients both inside and outside the Cincinnati area. He has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including depositions, oral argument, motion practice, written discovery, trial preparation, and appellate litigation. He has litigated cases within federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level, and in administrative hearings.
His recent experience includes defense of a financial institution in federal securities litigation, defense of a publicly traded company against class-action allegations in a Title VII case, defense of multiple corporations in ERISA litigation, litigation over the enforceability of a non-competition agreement and the protection of company trade secrets, representation on behalf of insured companies to ensure insurance coverage to the maximum extent possible, prosecution of property damage claims, defense of personal injury claims, and prosecution and defense of breach of commercial contract claims.
While in law school, Mr. Verticchio served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Richard B. Teitelman, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri.
