Meg Johnson is an associate in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group where she assists companies in a broad range of corporate related matters. She is a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Team and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Meg earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2018, magna cum laude. While in law school, Meg served as blog editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, was a legal intern at UC Law’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC), and a legal extern at EyeMed Vision Care, a division of Luxottica. She also served as a research assistant at the University of Cincinnati College of Law as well as an extern for The Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Ohio.

Meg earned her B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Leadership from the University of Dayton in 2012.
