Biography
Marisa is a paralegal in the Business Representation & Transactions Group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since April 2022. She assists attorneys with all aspects of business representation matters including, but not limited to, preparation and filing of business related documents, the creation and maintenance of corporate minute books, drafting and filing of corporate formation documents, uniform commercial code and lien searches, filing of UCC financing statements, and also assists with mergers and acquisitions.
