Margaret Kubicki practices in the areas of estate planning, succession business planning, taxation, and trust and estate administration. Margaret utilizes sophisticated estate planning techniques including the use of marital trusts, generation skipping trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, spousal limited access trusts, charitable trusts and domestic asset protection trusts. She also practices in the area of corporate law and has experience with structuring and implementing transactions to facilitate mergers and acquisitions. Margaret’s significant knowledge and experience in the area of tax law enables her to help clients in tax planning, where Margaret renders advice on formation and governance for limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations and tax-exempt organizations. Margaret enjoys advising small business clients on choice of entity issues and exit planning, using cross‑purchase and buy-sell agreements, as well as split dollar loan arrangements.
Previously, Margaret served as Counsel for Frost Brown Todd LLC and as a Shareholder at Lindhorst & Dreidame Co., L.P.A.
